I am writing because we have identified a need/objective to develop guidelines to support post-investigation processes, after an investigation of Harassment, Discrimination, or Sexual Violence involving employees concludes. I am wondering if your policies and/or internal protocols contain guidelines regarding follow up steps with those who were involved in an investigation that you may be comfortable sharing?
